Why Use Our Services?

We know that while you have the best intentions to make your loved one’s occasion special and memorable, you don’t always have the time to make it happen.

Treasure Tracker is a local provider offering diverse products and services that will appeal to all ages, tastes, and price ranges. We are focused on finding or creating gifts that will achieve an emotional impact while relieving the stress and time it takes to search for the perfect gift.

By filling out a short survey, Treasure Tracker will be able to narrow down the selection of special finds for clients to make the final decision.

We promote local shopping which has a positive impact on our area; while shopping online with e-commerce retail giants and big box stores cut into our local economy. When you shop locally, your gift will go further- positively affecting many lives in the process.

We offer you the opportunity to shop locally with the convenience of one-stop shopping. We take the time to search through all the downtown merchants, finding the most unique items. You can make a further impact by selecting from locally produced products and services.

We can also make arrangements on your behalf, coordinating and delivering items for your small event. Perfect if you are planning a surprise!

About Karyn

My name is Karyn Grzesiak, and I am the founder of Treasure Tracker.

I am a wife and mother of two beautiful daughters. My family is the sunshine in my life and what inspired me me take the leap into entrepreneurship.

I am the daughter of an entrepreneur, and I have been a waitress for most of my working life. After becoming a mother and taking time away from work, I realized that I have a passion for serving others (although I wasn’t missing my usual “working hours”, which caused me to miss dinners with my own family and other celebrations!)

My favourite experiences as a server were the times when people chose to include us in their celebrations and milestones. The joy and happiness that flows throughout is contagious!

As with many women, I love to shop! I am constantly asked the question, “Where did you find that!?” I love to find the special treasures that are hidden away in the corners.

Since getting married and experiencing holiday shopping with my man of the house, I have realized that not all people have the same enthusiasm and patience that I do when entering stores! I’ve heard the words “lost”, “overwhelmed”, “stressful”, “anxiety”, from different people when shopping for what is meant to be a happy occasion! The last thing your loved ones want is for you to feel stress trying to do something nice for them…. but getting that generic gift you found in the first aisle of a big box store doesn’t exactly demonstrate your sentiments accordingly.

I have also been the go to person whenever my friends and family need assistance with their themed parties. I love helping people build off of their ideas and turn it into something tangible. Hearing people compliment the host and knowing that I had a hand in making it happen gives me a great sense of pride and fulfillment. I always wish more people would ask for my help!

Then there is my creative, artistic side. I have always loved arts and crafts, but I was busy with work and couldn’t devote the time to satisfy those passions. After getting married and having children, I found myself wanting to commemorate all the sentiments and milestones we’ve experienced as a family. I have re-embraced my creativity and rediscovered the joy I get from capturing special moments and transporting people back to that moment. Every time people look through my scrapbooks, I hear tales of boxed up wedding photos that people don’t know what do do with, and I find myself wishing I could get my hands on them!

(That time I made my first stop-motion video, won a contest from BMW Canada and subsequently got married a month later – without ever having been engaged!)

Alas, Treasure Tracker was born. A business that will fulfill all of my passions while serving the interests of others and – most importantly – allow me the luxury of eating dinner alongside my family!

I hope you will remember me when planning your next event, or searching for the perfect gift
